Sun Peaks Resort Transfers
Sun Peaks is Canada’s second-largest ski area — three mountains, 4,270 acres, 137 trails, and 13 lifts — yet the lift lines stay refreshingly short. The resort collects roughly six metres of dry interior powder each season.
The village sits 56 km northeast of Kamloops, entirely car-free once you arrive. Your chauffeur drops you at your hotel or chalet door, skis and boards included, so your holiday starts the moment you step out.
Vancouver / Richmond to Sun Peaks
| Vehicle | Passengers | Per-Vehicle Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Luxury Sedan | up to 2 | $2,002 |
| Luxury SUV | up to 5 | $2,184 |
| Executive Van | 6 to 14 | $2,730 |
| Wheelchair Accessible Van | 1 accessible + 7 | $3,276 |
All-inclusive rates from Vancouver or Richmond to Sun Peaks.
Big White Ski Resort Transfers
Big White is Canada’s largest ski-in/ski-out resort village, meaning you can click into your bindings at your cabin door and ride straight to a chairlift. It was built as a ski resort and nothing else, running December through mid-April.
At Big White’s elevation it snows rather than rains, delivering over 2,500 vertical feet of the champagne powder the Okanagan is famous for. Lift lines are famously short, even on holiday weekends.
Vancouver / Richmond to Big White
| Vehicle | Passengers | Per-Vehicle Rate |

| Luxury Sedan | up to 2 | $2,002 |

All-inclusive rates from Vancouver or Richmond to Big White.
Revelstoke Mountain Resort Transfers
Revelstoke holds North America’s greatest lift-served vertical drop — a full 1,713 metres from summit to base. The surrounding peaks create cold, dry conditions that produce exactly the light powder skiers chase.
Summer transforms the place completely. Mountain biking, alpine hiking, and the Pipe Mountain Coaster — a 1.4 km run of twists reaching 42 km/h — keep the resort busy long after the snow melts.
Vancouver / Richmond to Revelstoke
| Vehicle | Passengers | Per-Vehicle Rate |

Kamloops & Kelowna Transfers
Kamloops packs remarkable variety into a city of roughly 100,000. April through November brings mountain biking, paddling, and hundreds of hiking trails; December through March turns the same terrain over to skiing and snowshoeing. The BC Wildlife Park offers close-up encounters with local species year-round.
Kelowna anchors the Okanagan Valley, pairing Big White access with Canada’s most celebrated wine region. Many of our guests split their trip: powder days on the mountain, tasting rooms in the valley.
Vancouver / Richmond to Kamloops or Kelowna

| Luxury Sedan | up to 2 | $1,716 |
| Luxury SUV | up to 5 | $1,872 |

| Wheelchair Accessible Van | 1 accessible + 7 | $2,808 |
All-inclusive rates from Vancouver or Richmond to Kamloops or Kelowna.
Penticton & Apex Mountain Transfers
Penticton sits between two lakes with a rare four-season rhythm. Ski or ride at Apex Mountain in the morning, then tee off in the afternoon — a combination few places on earth can offer.
Summer belongs to Okanagan Lake, where kiteboarding and wakeboarding draw crowds that swear the freshwater feels oceanic. Spring and fall bring some of BC’s finest mountain biking, and the surrounding wineries and breweries handle the evenings.

Winter Driving on the Coquihalla
The Coquihalla Highway climbs to 1,244 metres at its summit and ranks among Canada’s most demanding winter routes. This is precisely where professional experience matters more than a GPS.
How we keep every mountain transfer safe:
Rental cars cause a disproportionate share of Coquihalla incidents each winter, usually because visiting drivers underestimate mountain conditions. Let someone who does this weekly take the wheel.
Honest weather calls
If a pass closes or conditions turn dangerous, we tell you straight and reschedule — no gambling with your safety.
Live road monitoring
Our dispatch team tracks DriveBC advisories, avalanche control closures, and pass conditions before and during every trip.
Mountain-trained chauffeurs
Our drivers run these passes throughout the season and know how each behaves in snow, wind, and freezing rain.
Emergency preparation
Blankets, water, and communication equipment travel on every winter mountain run.
Real buffer time
We schedule generously so a slow pass never turns into a missed check-in.
Legal winter tires
BC law requires winter tires on the Coquihalla, Okanagan Connector, and Highway 1 from October 1 through April 30. Every vehicle we send inland carries them.
Room for Every Ski, Board, and Bag
Mountain trips carry mountain-sized luggage. Our vehicles are configured for it:
Tell us your gear count at booking and we’ll assign a vehicle with genuine room to spare — not one you’ll have to squeeze into.
- Skis, snowboards, and boot bags for every passenger
- Golf clubs and mountain bikes for summer trips
- Oversized luggage for extended stays
- Child car seats and boosters meeting Canadian safety standards

FAQs About BC Mountain Destinations
How long is the drive from Vancouver to Sun Peaks?
About 4.5 to 5 hours in normal conditions, travelling the Coquihalla Highway through Kamloops. Winter weather can add time, so we build buffer into every departure.
Is a private transfer better than renting a car for a ski trip?
For most travellers, yes. You skip winter-driving stress on mountain passes, rental counters, snow-tire surcharges, and resort parking fees — and every passenger gets to relax or nap the whole way.
Do your vehicles have winter tires?
Always. BC law mandates winter tires on the Coquihalla, Okanagan Connector, and Highway 1 from October 1 to April 30, and our inland vehicles are equipped accordingly all season.
Can you pick us up directly from YVR?
Yes. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name board, loads your ski gear, and drives straight to the resort. We track your flight, so delays don’t cost you your ride.
What if the highway closes because of snow?
We monitor DriveBC and avalanche control schedules continuously. If a pass closes, we contact you immediately with options — an alternate route, a revised departure, or a rescheduled trip.
Do you offer transfers between ski resorts?
Yes. Whistler to Sun Peaks, Sun Peaks to Big White, Big White to SilverStar, and more. Multi-resort trips run on your schedule with the same vehicle and chauffeur.
Are these destinations worth visiting in summer?
Absolutely. Kamloops and Penticton are four-season playgrounds, Revelstoke runs the Pipe Mountain Coaster and lift-served mountain biking, and Kelowna’s wineries peak in late summer.
How far ahead should I book a mountain transfer?
Book as early as possible for Christmas, New Year, and spring break — those dates sell out first. Outside peak weeks, a week or two of notice usually secures your preferred vehicle.
