How far in advance should I book a special event limo?
Two to four weeks is typical. Grad season (May–June), New Year’s Eve, and December holiday weekends book months ahead, so reserve those as early as you can.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, two hours for hourly event bookings. Most nights out run four to six hours once you factor in dinner, the event itself, and getting everyone home.
Can we drink alcohol in the limo?
Passengers of legal drinking age may consume alcohol in licensed limousines where permitted. Passengers under 19 may not, without exception — this is a firm policy on every booking, especially grad nights.
Can we make multiple stops during the night?
Absolutely. Stops are unlimited within your booked hours. Plan them ahead or decide on the night — your chauffeur will work with whatever the group wants.
Do you pick up from multiple addresses?
Yes, and it’s completely routine. Send us the list of pickup addresses and we’ll sequence them efficiently so nobody waits around.
What happens if our event runs longer than booked?
Just tell your chauffeur. Extensions are usually possible on the spot, billed at the standard hourly rate, subject to the vehicle’s next booking.
Can you decorate the vehicle for a birthday or surprise?
Yes. Tell us the occasion and theme when booking and we’ll coordinate what’s possible. Many guests bring their own decorations and set up at pickup.
Are your party buses legal for passengers under 19?
